After 15 years practicing law in Houston’s Downtown and Galleria, Michael T. Fuerst has moved his law practice to the Houston suburb community of Cypress.  A resident of Coles Crossing, Mr. Fuerst has decided to end the daily commute to “town.”  The Fuerst Law Firm is conveniently located in the Cy-Fair Professional Shops at Spring Cypress and Skinner Road, just off Highway 290.  This allows Mr. Fuerst to spend more time helping his clients and less time sitting on Highway 290.

After high school, he received a BBA in Accounting from Angelo State University in 1988 and an MBA in Business Management from Angelo State University in 1990.  He graduated from South Texas College of Law in 1992.  Over the past 15 years, Mr. Fuerst has successfully represented a wide variety of clients and has proven adept at solving a multitude of legal problems whether his client is an individual, small business or a large multi-national corporation.  Individual, personal service and attention to detail have been the hallmark of Mr. Fuerst’s law practice since its inception.

Mr. Fuerst has achieved an AV Rating from Martindale Hubbell.   He is an outgoing and personable attorney who is well-respected by Judges, Court Staff, Expert Witnesses, and other attorneys throughout Texas.  Mr. Fuerst personally handles each case and will be diligent in obtaining the best outcome for his clients.

Mr. Fuerst is admitted to practice before every court in the State of Texas and the Federal Courts for Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas as well as the Federal Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.  He has been admitted to practice pro hac vice in the Federal District Court of Utah and Florida’s Fourth District Court of Appeals.

Mr. Fuerst has been married to Karla for 18 years.  They have 2 children and are active in kids’ sports, cub scouts and other school related activities.   They can regularly be found on little league baseball diamonds, soccer fields and basketball courts.
