Filet Mignon
Stuffed with mushrooms, poblano peppers, jalapenos, bell peppers and Oaxaca cheese served with Mexican white rice and drizzled with Guajillo sauce.
Served with the refreshing Corralejo Reposado "Plaoma"

Third Course
Baked Alaska
Layers of ice cream, baked Meringue and strawberry sauce.
